Production Order Header

The Production Order Header data model provides a high-level view of all production orders, including their status, scheduling, priorities, and completion progress. It is designed for manufacturing teams who need to monitor execution readiness, identify delays, and prioritize work across the production pipeline.

Use this data model to track overall production performance, manage backlog, and confirm that orders are completed on time and in line with operational priorities.

Available views​

This data model includes predefined views, each built for a specific use case. A view can take different forms depending on how the data is best presented, such as a worksheet, a chart, a gauge, or a map. The views in this data model are worksheets.

Some views open with predefined filters already applied so the view shows only the data relevant to its purpose. Active filters are displayed in the filter bar at the bottom of the view and can be adjusted at any time.

Ongoing Production OrdersAll active production orders with status, schedule, priority, and completion metrics. Orders with a status other than Released or Open are excluded by default.
Late / At-Risk Orders ListOverdue and at-risk production orders with delay details and remaining quantities. Only orders flagged as late or in the Overdue aging bucket that are still active are shown.
Make-to-Order vs Make-to-StockBreakdown of production orders by fulfillment strategy, including backlog and lateness metrics.
Schedule Status & Priority QueueSummary of scheduled vs unscheduled orders with prioritization buckets and lateness indicators.
Priority Queue DetailsDrill-down view of production orders by priority level, showing due dates, delays, and execution readiness. Limited to active orders only.
