Inbound Supply

The Inbound Supply data model covers all incoming inventory from purchase orders. Open quantities, expected delivery dates, vendor commitments, and receipt history are all available in one place, so procurement and operations teams can monitor supply inflow, catch delays early, and confirm that materials will arrive when they are needed. Understanding what is coming in, from whom, and when is just as important as knowing what is already on hand.

Benefits of this data model

  • Track all open purchase order quantities and their expected arrival dates in one place.
  • Identify late and at-risk orders before they impact production or fulfillment.
  • Align inbound supply timelines with real demand and production schedules.
  • Measure the financial exposure of expected inventory inflows by vendor and item.
  • Act faster on delays by surfacing overdue supply early to support expediting and vendor follow-up.

Available views

This data model includes predefined views, each built for a specific use case. A view can take different forms depending on how the data is best presented, such as a worksheet, a chart, a gauge, or a map. The views in this data model are worksheets.

Some views open with predefined filters already applied so the view shows only the data relevant to its purpose. Active filters are displayed in the filter bar at the bottom of the view and can be adjusted at any time.
