The Terminations dashboard provides an executive view of employee turnover by gender, job role, age group, and termination reason over time. It helps HR leaders and executives monitor attrition patterns, assess structural risk, understand termination drivers, and support workforce stability and retention planning.

Key performance indicators (KPIs)

| Disabled Terminations | Number of terminated employees registered with disability status. Higher values may indicate accommodation or inclusion challenges, while lower values may indicate stronger retention. |
| Termination Percentage – Male | Proportion of total terminations attributed to male employees. Higher values indicate a greater share of male exits. |
| Termination Percentage – Female | Proportion of total terminations attributed to female employees. Higher values indicate a greater share of female exits. |
| Termination Percentage – Total | Overall termination rate relative to the workforce population. Higher values indicate increased turnover pressure, while lower values indicate stronger workforce stability. |
