Terminations
The Terminations Dashboard provides an executive-level overview of employee turnover across gender, job roles, age groups, and termination reasons over time. It enables HR leadership and executives to monitor workforce attrition patterns, assess structural risks, evaluate termination drivers, and support strategic workforce stability and retention planning.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Male Terminations: Represents the total number of male employees who exited the organization within the selected period. Higher values indicate elevated male workforce attrition, while lower values reflect improved retention.
- Female Terminations: Represents the total number of female employees who exited the organization within the selected period. Higher values indicate elevated female workforce attrition, while lower values reflect stronger gender-specific retention.
- Total Terminations: Represents the total number of employee exits across all demographics within the selected period. Higher values indicate increased workforce instability, while lower values reflect improved organizational retention.
- Foreign Terminations: Represents the number of terminated employees classified as foreign nationals. Higher values indicate increased turnover within the foreign workforce segment, while lower values reflect stability in this demographic group.
- Disabled Terminations: Represents the number of terminated employees registered with disability status. Higher values indicate potential inclusion or accommodation challenges, while lower values reflect improved workforce accessibility retention.
- Termination Percentage – Male: Represents the proportion of total terminations attributable to male employees. Higher values indicate a greater share of male exits, while lower values indicate more balanced gender distribution.
- Termination Percentage – Female: Represents the proportion of total terminations attributable to female employees. Higher values indicate a greater share of female exits, while lower values indicate reduced female turnover impact.
