The Performance dashboard provides an executive-level view of performance review coverage, rating distribution, calibration consistency, and top performer identification. It helps HR leaders and executives monitor review completion, assess performance outcomes, identify calibration gaps, and support governance of performance management processes.

| Average Score | Average calibrated performance score across reviewed employees. Higher values indicate stronger validated outcomes, while lower values indicate weaker calibrated results. |
