Performance

The Performance dashboard provides an executive-level view of performance review coverage, rating distribution, calibration consistency, and top performer identification. It helps HR leaders and executives monitor review completion, assess performance outcomes, identify calibration gaps, and support governance of performance management processes.

Key performance indicators (KPIs)

Number of ReviewsTotal count of completed performance reviews within the selected filters. Higher values indicate broader participation, while lower values indicate more limited review coverage.
Employees ReviewedNumber of distinct employees with at least one performance review. Higher values indicate broader performance visibility, while lower values indicate incomplete assessment coverage.
% of Employees ReviewedProportion of the workforce that has been formally reviewed. Higher percentages indicate stronger compliance, while lower percentages indicate gaps in review execution.
Average RatingMean rating across completed reviews. Higher values indicate stronger overall performance, while lower values indicate potential development needs.
Average ScoreAverage calibrated performance score across reviewed employees. Higher values indicate stronger validated outcomes, while lower values indicate weaker calibrated results.
Employees Not ReviewedNumber of active employees without a performance review. Higher values indicate higher compliance risk and reduced performance visibility, while lower values indicate stronger governance coverage.
