Key performance indicators (KPIs)

Total EmployeesTotal number of active employees. Higher values indicate workforce expansion, while lower values indicate contraction or restructuring.
Foreign EmployeesProportion of employees classified as foreign nationals. Higher values indicate greater international labor presence, while lower values indicate a predominantly domestic workforce.
Disabled EmployeesProportion of employees registered with disability status. Higher values indicate stronger inclusion, while lower values may indicate reduced accessibility or disclosure.
