Refresh Report Levels

Automatically reorganize your financial report layout into a clean hierarchy so reports and dashboards display consistently. This feature groups rows into logical sections and sub‑sections, preserves ordering, and enforces debit/credit sign conventions for clearer rollups, totals, and navigation.

When to use

  • Updating report hierarchies: Ensure dashboards reflect the latest structure and subtotals.

Import or refresh report levels

  1. In the navigation panel, select Data Models and Views.
  2. Expand Sage 200, then Nominal Ledger.
  3. Right-click the Nominal Ledger data model, and select Execute Info Pages.
  4. Under Refresh Report Levels, click Refresh.
