The Sage 100 North America Premium template provides a ready‑to‑use set of data models, views, dashboards, and workbooks to help you quickly analyze your Sage 100 NA data. It supports multiple deployment scenarios, whether you’re connecting directly to production, working with a replicated data warehouse, consolidating several companies, or using the SEI Cloud.

Before you begin, make sure you have:

• Sage 100 North America: A supported version installed.
• Destination database: A target database, ideally using the same collation as your Sage 100 NA database.
• DataSync: A supported version installed.
• Installation package: The latest package from ShareFile.

Installation scenarios

Choose the scenario that matches your environment:

Scenario	Description	When to choose
Direct production database access	All configuration is performed in SEI, connecting directly to your live Sage 100 NA Premium production database.	For small or single‑company environments needing light, real‑time reporting.
Via replicated data warehouse	Production data is replicated to a data warehouse using DataSync. The template then reads from the warehouse.	For many users or frequent/complex reporting needs, to avoid impacting the main Sage 100 NA database.
Consolidated	Combines real‑time access and DataSync replication to support centralized, multi‑company reporting.	For organizations managing multiple Sage 100 NA Premium companies requiring combined or group reporting.
SEI Cloud	Data is synchronized to the Cloud using DataSync. The template connects to the cloud‑hosted data warehouse. Credentials are provided after cloud provisioning.	For distributed teams or organizations preferring not to maintain local servers.

Use DataSync for replication, then configure SEI:
