Sage XRT Advanced

The Sage XRT Advanced template provides a ready‑to‑use set of data models, dashboards and Excel Add-in files to help you quickly analyze your Sage XRT Advancede data.

After installation, explore the predefined analyses included with the template. For details on available data models and dashboards, see Predefined Analyses.

Prerequisites​

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have:

  • Sage XRT Advanced: A supported version installed.
  • Destination database: A target database, preferably matching your Sage XRT Advanced database collation.
  • DataSync: A supported version installed.
  • Installation package: The latest package downloaded from ShareFile.

Installation steps​

Via replicated data warehouse​

Production data is replicated to a data warehouse using DataSync.
The template then reads from the warehouse. Use DataSync for replication, then configure SEI:

  1. Create the source connections
  2. Create the destination connection
  3. Import the synchronization extractions
  4. Configure the global variables
  5. Schedule the extractions
  6. Set up the data sources in SEI
  7. Import the template
  8. Build and load the OLAP cubes
  9. Import users to SEI (Optional)
