Balance Sheet

The Balance Sheet workbooks present your company's financial position across Assets, Liabilities, and Equity at a specific point in time. Three workbooks are available depending on the type of analysis you need: a standard view with current and prior year comparison, a rolling 12-month view that tracks how balances evolved month by month over the past year, and a forecast view that combines actual results with projected values across the full fiscal year.

Benefits of the balance sheet workbooks

  • See what the company owns and owes on a specific date, including cash, receivables, payables, and debt.
  • Track how Assets, Liabilities, and Equity have changed by comparing balances across periods and prior years.
  • Support financial decisions related to operations, investments, and financing based on a clear picture of financial position.

Available workbooks

You can find these workbooks in the navigation panel on the left under Workbooks. Expand the Finance folder, then open the Balance Sheet folder.
