Workforce Demographics
The Workforce Demographics Dashboard provides a comprehensive view of workforce composition, diversity distribution, hiring evolution, and demographic segmentation across the organization. It enables HR leadership and executives to monitor workforce structure, inclusion metrics, geographic distribution, and long-term hiring trends for strategic workforce planning and regulatory reporting.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Male Employees: Represents the total number of male employees currently active in the workforce. Higher values indicate greater male workforce representation, while lower values indicate shifts toward other demographic groups.
- Female Employees: Represents the total number of female employees currently active in the workforce. Higher values indicate stronger female representation and gender diversity, while lower values highlight potential gender imbalance.
- Total Employees: Represents the total active workforce headcount across all filtered organizational dimensions. Higher values indicate workforce expansion, while lower values reflect contraction or restructuring.
- Foreign Employees %: Measures the proportion of employees classified as foreign nationals within the workforce. Higher values indicate greater international labor presence, while lower values reflect a predominantly domestic workforce.
- Disabled Employees %: Measures the proportion of employees registered with disability status. Higher values indicate stronger inclusion of employees with disabilities, while lower values reflect reduced workforce accessibility or disclosure.
