Leave

The Leave dashboard provides an executive view of leave utilization, leave liability exposure, and leave behavior across departments and over time. It helps HR and finance stakeholders monitor leave risk, policy compliance, and the financial impact of accrued leave obligations.

Benefits of this dashboard

  • Manage leave‑liability risk: Monitors accrued‑leave exposure to support balance‑sheet risk control and cash‑flow planning.
  • Oversee workforce wellbeing: Provides visibility into leave usage and zero‑leave indicators to support employee wellbeing and prevent burnout.
  • Monitor policy compliance: Identifies employees exceeding excessive‑leave thresholds to enforce leave governance and statutory requirements.
  • Plan operational capacity: Tracks leave trends across departments and time to support forecasting of workforce availability.
  • Control financial impact: Quantifies the cost of unused leave to align HR leave behavior with financial planning.
