Change Password

You can update your account password directly from the Excel Add‑in without accessing the web server.

This option is available only when using Basic Authentication. rIf your environment uses Windows Authentication or Single Sign-On, the password change feature will not appear. Ensure your new password meets the password policies defined in your environment.

Change your password

1. In Excel, open the Add-ins tab.
2. Select Change Password.
3. In the Change Password window, enter the following:
   • Current Password
   • New Password
   • Confirm Password
4. Click Ok to apply the changes.
