Procurement Dashboard

The Procurement Dashboard dashboard tracks purchase order activity, vendor procurement volumes, and backorder status with KPIs for key quantity metrics. It shows how much has been ordered, received, invoiced, and what remains open, alongside vendor rankings and spending trends by month. Use this dashboard to monitor procurement progress, review backordered items, and track purchase order spending over time.

The KPIs summarize the overall procurement status with totals for purchase order value, quantities ordered, received, invoiced, and still open. The charts break this down further by vendor, product line, and month, while the worksheet lists all open orders grouped by expected delivery timeframe.

How to use this dashboard
