Fixes

Web Server

  • Data Models and Views

    • Saving a data model with a calculation on duplicate field names is now blocked, and a validation message guides users to correct the setup.

    • Filtering on columns containing spaces in its name was causing an error.

    • The CSV export of decimals and other data types could have the wrong format (since Version 2024 Release 11 - November).

  • Administration

    • In Manage Template, empty folders would not be deleted after uninstalling reports or workbooks.

    • In Import Template, views that already exist in Central Point were incorrectly shown as Never Installed.

Distribution

  • Editing a dashboard that was part of a distribution job would remove its association from that job.

  • A job could trigger a "The process cannot access the file" error even though it completed successfully.

Excel Add-in

  • In Data Extraction, leaving the Order By value empty would cause an error message.

  • In Data Extraction and Pivot Table, global Variables used in filters would trigger an error due to a new way queries were handled.

DataSync

  • In Oracle, DateTime fields could incorrectly be handled with time zone information (TO_TIMESTAMP_TZ), causing an error during data synchronization.

  • Connections now stay active for 7 days when using the OAuthHeadless mode, preventing scheduled NetSuite extractions from failing.
