Customers
The Customers data model brings together customer financial and geographic data in one place. It includes measures like average payment days, average days overdue, credit limit, last payment amount, statement balance, aging categories for outstanding balances (1 to 30 days, 31 to 60 days, 61 to 90 days, 91+ days), open order amounts, and location coordinates (latitude and longitude). Use it to review customer accounts, track payment behavior, and monitor credit exposure.
How to use this data model
- Review customer accounts with credit limits, balances, and open order amounts to understand each customer's financial status.
- Track payment behavior using average payment days and days overdue to identify late paying customers.
- Monitor aging balances across categories to see how much is current, slightly overdue, or significantly past due by customer.
- Map customer locations using latitude and longitude coordinates for geographic analysis and territory coverage review.
