Log In
The login page is accessible through the Web Server URL configured during SEI installation. From this page, you can select a language before accessing the interface and Central Point. The table below lists the available options and fields that are displayed on the Login page.
After login, your session remains active for 36 hours without requiring reauthentication.
Basic authentication
- Version – major version of the application.
- Release – minor version information, including enhancements and fixes.
- Build – build number used for troubleshooting and support.

| Interface language | List of supported interface languages: English (default), French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, German, Turkish, Chinese (Simplified), and Chinese (Traditional). |
| Central Point Selector | Selector used to choose which data and visualizations are accessible. |
| Domain name | Domain required when signing in through Active Directory. |
| Username | Automatically converted to uppercase during login. |
| Password | Case‑sensitive. The account is locked after three failed attempts and requires administrator assistance to unlock. |
| Keep me signed in | Maintains the user session after closing the browser or tab unless the user logs out or clears browser cookies. |
| Forgot Password? | Provides access to password‑reset options. |
| Mobile interface toggle | Switch that allows users to change to the mobile interface. |
| Log In | Grants access to SEI after authentication. |
What is a Central Point
The Central Point is the core repository of SEI, comprising both a Windows Shared Folder and a database. It stores all data configurations, data models, navigation panel visualizations, user access, security settings, and everything required to use SEI.
Single sign-on (SSO) options
The SSO buttons are visible and accessible on the Login page. To use SSO authentication, click External Accounts at the bottom of the page, then complete the required fields.
