Workbooks

The Workbooks tab allows you to manage workbooks in the Web Interface directly instead of using the Excel Add-in.

Context Menus

Right-click at the folder level:

Right-click Option Description

New Workbook

To create a workbook.
Import Workbook To import an Excel workbook into the Web Workbook.
New Folder To create a workbook folder.
Rename Folder To provide a new name for the folder.
Delete Folder To delete the folder.

Right-click at the workbook level:

Right-click Option Description
Open To open the workbook.
Rename Workbook To provide a new name for the workbook.
Add to Favorites To add the workbook to the Favorites list.
Delete Workbook To delete the workbook.
Properties

To open the Update Workbook dialog box where you can:

  • Rename the workbook

  • Publish the workbook and/or specify the owner.

Set as Landing Page Sets the workbook to be opened automatically when the user logs in.
