Commitment Detail
The Commitment Detail data model provides visibility into project commitments and related billing activity from Sage Intacct Construction / CRE. It supports detailed analysis of original and revised commitments, approved changes, bills, payments, retainage, balances, and remaining amounts to bill by project, vendor, cost code, department, location, and document period.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Original Commitment: Original committed amount.
- Approved Changes: Approved changes to the commitment.
- Revised Commitment: Current commitment after approved changes.
- Remaining to Bill: Commitment amount remaining to be billed.
- Bill Amount: Amount billed against the commitment.
- Bill Amount Less Retainage: Bill amount net of retainage.
- Amount Paid: Amount paid to the vendor or subcontractor.
- Balance: Remaining commitment balance.
- Retainage Held: Retainage held from billed amounts.
- Retainage Released: Retainage that has been released.
