Environment Configurations

The Environment Configurations tool allows the user to map environments in the Excel Add-in directly to those available in Central Point or to another Central Point.

Note

Unlike Data Models, the mapped environments do not have to match.

To map different environments:

  1. Click Environment Configurations in the Excel Add-ins tab.

  2. Click an environment from the Workbook Configuration section (left) and the matching environment in the Available Environments section (right).

    • Workbook Configuration: This section displays any environment that is set in the Reference Configuration tool.

    • Available Environments: This section displays any environment in the Web Server connected to the Excel Add-in.

  3. Click Save and then Close.
