Languages

The Languages option will allow the Administrator to configure the list of languages available to the Users.

  • In the Administration section , click Languages in the left pane.

To add a new language:

  1. In the upper left hand corner, click Create New Language.
  2. Fill out the fields.

    • Code: The language code (e.g. en-ca for English Canada).

    • Description: The description of the language.

    • Native Description: The description of the language in the native language.

    • External Code: The language code of the external application (e.g. ENG for English). The external code will be usable as a parameter in different places in SEI.

    • Based on: If required, enter the base on language. If no description exists in the dictionary for the current language selected, SEI will retrieve the default language from the Based on drop-down.

  3. Click Create.
