Searching views

The Search Bar is located right below the titles of the Data Models and Views, Dashboards, Reports and Favorites tabs. Instantly search by Name or ID.

Search by Name:

  • In the respective tabs, type the text contained in the name of the View / Data Model / Dashboard / Reports / Favorites to start the search. The Search feature will locate Views and Data Models that contain this text in their names.
    Example

    Here, we enter Sales in the Data Models and Views tab.

Search by ID:

Important

This feature is available only for Data Models and Views.

  • In the Data Models and Views tab, enter the ID number. The Search feature will locate Views and Data Models that contain this number.

The ID Number can be found by hovering over the View. You will get the ID of the View and the one of its Data Model.

Here, we enter 490000526 in the Search Bar.
