System Verification
Important
Make sure you install the proper version of the Add-in, it is very important to verify which version of Windows OS (32-bits or 64-bits) and Microsoft Office (32-bits or 64-bits) you are using.
Windows Operating System version verification
To verify the Windows version:
- Press Windows key + E to open a new Windows Explorer.
- In the top menu, click on System properties and look for System Type.
Microsoft Office 2010 version verification
To verify the Microsoft Office 2010 version:
- Start Excel.
- In the File menu, select Help.
NoteThe version information is in the lower right hand corner under About Microsoft Excel.
Microsoft Office 2013 version verification
To verify the Microsoft Office 2013 version:
- Start Excel.
- In the File menu, click on Account then select About Excel and look for the
version information.
Microsoft Office 2016 and up
To verify the Microsoft Office 2016 or 365 version:
- Start Excel.
- In the File menu, click on Account then select About Excel and look for the
version information.
