AP Current Aging by Project (Based on GL Posted Date)

Summarizes current accounts payable aging by project using GL/posting date for the aging calculation.

Key metrics at a glance:​

  • Current Amount: Open balance that is not yet past due.
  • 1-30 Days: Open balance aged 1-30 days.
  • 31-60 Days: Open balance aged 31-60 days.
  • 61-90 Days: Open balance aged 61-90 days.
  • 91+ Days: Open balance aged 91 days or more.
  • Total Bill Balance: Total outstanding payable balance.

Use the available AP dimensions to focus the report on the required project, vendor, company, department, or location. Aging is based on GL/posting date.
