Project Estimates

The Project Estimates data model provides detailed visibility into estimated project costs from Sage Intacct Construction / CRE. It is based on project estimate entry lines and supports analysis by project, cost code, cost type, company, department, location, customer, currency, and estimate date.

  • Improve estimate review: Analyze estimated project costs at the detailed entry level and understand how each estimate is built.
  • Support cost planning: Break estimates into labor, material, equipment, subcontract, overhead, and other cost categories.
  • Analyze estimates across dimensions: Compare estimated costs by project hierarchy, cost code, department, location, customer, company, and currency.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)​

  • Regular Labor Estimate: Estimated regular labor cost.
  • Regular Labor Hours: Estimated regular labor hours.
  • Material Estimate: Estimated material cost.
  • Equipment Estimate: Estimated equipment cost.
  • Equipment Hours: Estimated equipment hours.
  • Subcontract Estimate: Estimated subcontract cost.
  • Overhead Estimate: Estimated overhead cost.
  • Other Estimate: Estimated cost outside the standard labor, material, equipment, subcontract, and overhead categories.
  • Total Estimate: Total estimated project cost.
