Breaking Changes

As of our next major release (2022 R2), we will no longer support the 32-bit version of Excel Add-in for Windows 32 bits. The SEI Excel Add-in - WIN32.exe installation package will not be available. You will need Windows 64 bits in order to install Excel Add-in for MS-Office 32-bit or 64-bit version (SEI Excel Add-in - WIN64.exe).

As of January 10, 2023, Windows Server 2012 R2 will no longer be supported by Microsoft nor by SEI.

Fixes

Web Client

• Editing the Column Heading and keeping the Column Group Heading without text in the Worksheet Properties would prevent the worksheet from loading and an error was returned. 13390

Excel Add-in

• Excel Add-in distribution jobs would sometimes fail if the default port 4504 of BI Service was not used.

  Customers who do not wish to upgrade to version 2022 R1.1 can apply a workaround to fix this issue. 13328
