Web Client and BI Service

The SEI Web Application is the main application handling requests from client applications and sends requests to the SEI BI Service.

The Web applications should be installed on Microsoft IIS and the Windows Services should be set up as Services on the server.

They could be installed on a single server or two or three servers, depending on the chosen installation scenario.

The Web Client could be installed on any web server but we strongly recommend to have a dedicated server for SEI for the Web Client. It could also be installed on the DMZ if you want to have access from outside of the organisation/network to SEI (ex: IOS, Android, Windows apps).

The Web Client should also have the BI Service installed on the same server.

The Web Application is installed with package SEI - Server- Win64.exe, component Web Client.
