Prompts can be set for any column in the Data Model definition. Prompts will not show up if the Design Data Model is not defined first.
It is also possible to configure the Data Model to automatically display the Prompt window before loading the whole set of data. In addition, the Prompt window offers sorting and search tools to help quickly locate values in the list.
Prompts retrieve data from the Master Tables.
It is possible to sort the list by clicking on a column header (example: Customer Name).
To retrieve a list: erase the Filter for the chosen cells and click on Enter.
